Responsibilities:

- End to end Project planning and coordination (Activities and Resources).
- Responsible for overall projects processes and deliverables.
- Scheduling of meetings with stakeholders, clients and capturing actionable items through minutes of meetings.
- Project onboarding, daily tracking of performance, proactive communication and escalation management.
- Project kick-off, weekly governance, documentation, reports, and dashboards.
- Process and Service Improvements documentation and tracking action with internal teams and vendors (if needed)
- Escalate timely to next levels and ensure no slippage of task.
- Daily status reporting to Program Manager
