FACULTY RECRUITMENT – COMPUTER APPLICATIONS DEPARTMENT

Positions: Professor / Associate Professor / Assistant Professor

Applications are invited from qualified, experienced, and research-oriented academicians for the Department of Computer Applications.

Essential Qualifications and Eligibility

- Assistant Professor: Relevant Master’s degree with at least 55% marks, along with the applicable NET/SET or Ph.D. eligibility requirements, as prescribed by UGC and the affiliating university.
- Associate Professor: Ph.D. in the relevant/allied discipline, Master’s degree with at least 55% marks, minimum 8 years of teaching/research experience, at least 7 eligible research publications, and the prescribed research score.
- Professor: Ph.D. in the relevant/allied discipline, minimum 10 years of teaching/research experience, at least 10 eligible research publications,



and the prescribed research score, or eligibility under the applicable alternative category provided in UGC regulations.

Preferred Areas: Computer Applications, Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, and related fields. Candidates with solid teaching, research, publication, and academic leadership credentials are encouraged to apply.

Eligibility: As per applicable UGC regulations and the norms of the AICTE & GGSIP University.
