About Event Dynamics

Event Dynamics is an event experiences company working across weddings, corporate events, AV productions and large-scale experiential events. We are building a strong content system to showcase the experiences and execution we create.

About the Role

You will work closely with our internal team and receive event-specific content direction, shot requirements and creative briefs.

This role is not simply about documenting an event. You need to understand what the event is communicating and capture its experience, execution, details, people and scale from a content-first perspective. Your footage will be used across social media, brand communication, case studies and our portfolio.

What You'll Do

- Capture high-quality photo and video using professional camera equipment.
- Execute planned shots while identifying strong spontaneous moments.
- Capture the experience, execution, details, people and scale of events.
- Coordinate with the Event Dynamics team for key people, spaces and moments.
- Deliver complete, organised and usable raw footage within the required timeline.
- Work with creative direction while bringing your own visual judgement.

What We're Looking For

- Strong photography & videography fundamentals.
- Experience in weddings, corporate events,



hospitality, productions or similar.
- Strong eye for composition, lighting, framing and movement.
- Ability to understand a brief and translate it into visual storytelling.
- Reliable, proactive and comfortable in fast-paced environments.
- Positive communication and willingness to travel.
- Based in Pune, with a willingness to travel with the Event Dynamics team to other locations when required.

What is worth capturing? What tells the story? Where will this content be used? What will still be useful after the event?

Editing & Equipment

Your primary responsibility is content capture, not full-scale editing. The central content team will handle post-production and publishing. Basic editing knowledge is an advantage.

During the initial 1–2 months, we may work with your existing equipment where suitable, after which Event Dynamics will provide company-owned setup based on actual requirements.
