Production/ Tool Room Manager Responsibilities: Monitor/ supervise the work of less experienced process engineers and assist with training. Implement 5S and Kaizen Suggest and implement measures to improve productivity and reduce rejection rates Upgrade and maintain ERP systems Make weekly presentations to higher level management regarding production data and weekly output Directly interact with customers to understand their requirements and improve qualified relationships with clients.
