Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily production and manufacturing activities.
- Allocate work to workers and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Monitor manpower, material availability, and work progress.
- Coordinate with the Production, Quality, and Maintenance departments.
- Ensure adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
- Maintain discipline, housekeeping, and workplace safety.
- Report daily production status, delays, and issues to the senior team.
- Minimize material wastage and improve work efficiency.
Salary: As per experience and company norms. Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
