Job SummaryWe are looking for a skilled and responsible Production Supervisor to manage daily cable harnessing production activities. The candidate will be responsible for supervising production operators, ensuring product quality, achieving production targets, and maintaining safety standards and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily cable harnessing and wiring production activities.
- Allocate work to operators and technicians according to production plans.
- Ensure proper wire cutting, stripping, crimping, soldering, connector assembly, labeling, and harness assembly as per drawings and specifications.
- Read and understand electrical wiring diagrams, cable assembly drawings, and work instructions.
- Monitor production output and ensure timely completion of assigned targets.
- Inspect cable harnesses for quality, continuity, crimping accuracy, and correct connections.
- Ensure proper use of tools, crimping machines, testing equipment, and other production machinery.
- Maintain production records, rejection reports, material consumption records,



and daily output reports.
- Coordinate with the Quality, Stores, Purchase, and Planning departments for smooth production operations.
- Identify production issues and take corrective action to minimize rejection, rework, and material wastage.
- Ensure proper material handling, workplace cleanliness, and compliance with safety procedures.
- Train and guide production operators to improve productivity and workmanship.
- Report daily production status, manpower requirements, and quality issues to the Production Manager.

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of cable harnessing and electrical wiring assembly processes.
- Ability to read electrical drawings and cable harness layouts.
- Knowledge of wire cutting, stripping, crimping, connector fitting, and continuity testing.
- Team handling and manpower management skills.
- Valuable problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of 5S, quality control, and production planning will be an added advantage.

Experience & Qualification
- ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or a related technical field.
- 2–5 years of experience in cable harnessing, wiring assembly, or electrical panel wiring production.
- Experience in handling production operators and achieving daily production targets.
