Job Responsibilities

. Production Supervision

- Supervise daily production activities as per the plan.
- Ensure timely completion of production targets.
- Monitor work progress and address operational issues on the shop floor.

. Manpower Management

- Allocate work to operators and workers as per production requirements.
- Monitor attendance, discipline, and performance of workers.
- Ensure proper shift handover and workforce utilization.. Process Compliance
- Guide workers on correct methods of operation.

. Material Handling

- Ensure availability of required materials at the production line.




- Coordinate with Stores for timely material issuance.
- Monitor proper usage and minimize wastage.

. Machine & Equipment Handling

- Report any breakdowns or issues to maintenance team.
- Support basic troubleshooting at shop-floor level.

. Safety & Housekeeping

- Enforce safety rules and use of PPE among workers.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization as per 5S standards.
- Identify and report unsafe conditions or practices.. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain shift reports, production logs, and checklists.
- Report production status, issues, and deviations to higher management.
- Ensure proper record keeping for audit and review purposes.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
