Responsibilities

- Production Planning Control To meet Production Targets To ensure Safety on shop floor To maintain Quality Standards Internal Process Team Management

- Coordinate production workflow for one or multiple products

- Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay

- Determine manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand Assign workers and other staff to particular production operations





- Schedule shift according to production needs.

- Machin prepare machine loading plan.

- Production planning as per customer schedule

- Monitor Daily output to remedy shortfalls in Quality, Cost Delivery Schedules.

- Productivity, OEE, FTQ Scrap Improvements

- Raw material planning(compound).

- Ensuring Statistical Process Control Studies for Key Processes

- Deployment of Production Objectives and Monthly Monitoring of Allocated Budget

- Create awareness for the safety of men, materials and machines

- Implementation of safety Policies and safety gears.

- Bring about improvement to increase safety standards.

- In house Rejection Analysis.

- Deviation Handling and Management of Quarantined Product (Authorization for Rework). NC management and abnormal situation handling.

- Scrap analyses and reduction. 2 OF 3 F-HR-02 To ensure Setting, Health Safety Management implementation

- Purge rubber control.

- Identify training needs for Assistant Production Managers and supervisors.

- 5S/ Kaizen / TPM in Shop Floor.
