About the Role Adroit Zinc Flake Coatings LLP is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Production Manager with hands-on experience in Zinc Flake Coating processes to manage and oversee our production operations.

The ideal candidate must have practical knowledge of zinc flake coating technology, coating line operations, process control, quality assurance, manpower management, and production planning.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day production activities of the Zinc Flake Coating Plant.
- Handle Dip Spin Coating processes and related coating line operations.
- Ensure proper process parameters, coating thickness, adhesion, curing and coating quality as per customer specifications.
- Monitor production output, rejection rates, rework and productivity.
- Manage manpower, shift planning and operator training.
- Ensure compliance with customer requirements and applicable quality standards.
- Coordinate with the Quality, Maintenance, Stores and Dispatch departments.
- Troubleshoot coating defects and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Maintain production reports, process records and traceability.
- Ensure workplace safety,



chemical handling discipline and 5S practices.

Required Qualifications &

Experience

- Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical, Chemical, Production or a related engineering discipline.
- 5–10 years of relevant industrial experience, preferably with direct experience in Zinc Flake Coating.
- Hands-on experience in Zinc Flake Coating is mandatory.
- Knowledge of Dip Spin Coating, coating materials, curing ovens, process control and quality testing.
- Experience in handling production teams and achieving production targets.
- Knowledge of automotive fasteners and customer quality requirements will be an advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile We prefer candidates currently working in Zinc Flake Coating plants or candidates who have previously managed zinc flake coating production lines.
