Core Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute production to meet shipment deadlines

- Maintain optimum staff, develop and maintain team spirit and plant proper culture among staff.

- Maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

- Implement strict Quality Control systems

- Communicate status reports with Head Office on a regular basis

- Optimize equipment utilization, layout, manpower allocation, and raw material consumption

- Record keeping activities relating to production, quality control, salaries, etc.

- Identify & maintain minimum Stock levels for all raw materials

- Ensure adherence to all factory safety and legal requirements

Other Responsibilities for further growth in the company:

Production:

- Pro-active involvement with the sales/engineering team from pre-production stage, stock maintenance and shipments

- Create factory organization that is constantly growing in skill and responsibility

- Actively develop and implement process improvement techniques





- Establish and maintain stock levels, and prepare stock statements

- Develop improved QC methods, systems, and record keeping

- Staff management
- To make roadmap for increasing productivity.

Research and Development (R&D;)

- Understand existing techniques for product testing

- Work with management to increase testing capability and accuracy

- Collaborate with management and engineering on Research and Development (R&D;) projects

Qualifications

- Any basic Science Degree or Diploma, engineering degree with management experience preferred.

- Minimum 5 years of production experience

- Experience in fabric filtration or textile industry preferred

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
