Job Title: Production Manager

Experience: 3–4 Years

Qualification: B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or a related field

Job Responsibilities

 Plan, schedule, and monitor production activities for packaging machinery.

 Manage fabrication, machining, assembly, and machine testing operations.

 Ensure production targets, delivery timelines, and quality standards are achieved.

 Allocate manpower, machinery, tools, and materials efficiently.

 Coordinate with design, purchase, stores, quality, and project teams.

 Monitor material availability, production costs, and resource utilization.

 Identify production bottlenecks and implement process improvements.

 Ensure workplace safety, discipline, and adherence to standard operating procedures.





 Supervise and guide production staff, fitters, technicians, and assembly teams.

Required Skills

 Strong knowledge of mechanical manufacturing and machine assembly.

 Experience in production planning, team management, and workflow coordination.

 Ability to read engineering drawings and manage BOMs.

 Solid leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

 Experience in packaging machinery or industrial automation manufacturing is preferred.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
