Production Executive – Cosmetics & Personal Care

Location: Vasai, Maharashtra

Experience: Minimum 2 years

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM

We are looking for an experienced Production Executive to manage daily production operations for cosmetic and personal care products. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of cosmetic manufacturing, GMP compliance, quality standards, and production documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily production activities according to production plans and Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR).
- Handle manufacturing and filling of creams, lotions, serums, scrubs, gels, powders, and other personal care products.
- Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), SOPs, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with QA/QC, warehouse, and maintenance teams.
- Maintain batch records, cleaning logs, machine usage records, and in-process quality checks.
- Ensure proper cleaning, sanitization, and changeover of equipment.
- Monitor raw materials and packaging material availability.
- Manage production manpower and daily work allocation.




- Identify production issues and support improvements in productivity and quality.
- Assist during internal and external audits and implement corrective actions.

Candidate Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Cosmetics Technology, or a related manufacturing discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in cosmetics or personal care manufacturing.
- Knowledge of cosmetic GMP, SOPs, BMR, and production processes.
- Familiarity with mixers, filling machines, and labelling equipment.
- Good coordination, communication, and team management skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
- Attention to detail and good documentation skills.

Preferred Candidate Candidates with hands-on experience in cosmetic and personal care product manufacturing will be preferred.
