We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Production Equipment Operator to join our team at Ashu Organics (India) Private Limited, responsible for operating equipment in the Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API) / Bulk Drug manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have experience in non-sterile manufacturing and packaging.

Roles and Responsibility

- Operate and maintain production equipment to ensure efficient manufacturing processes.

- Monitor and control product quality to meet regulatory standards.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve production targets.

- Implement safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.

- Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform routine maintenance tasks.

- Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) regulations.

Job Requirements





- Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering from a recognized institution.

- Proven experience as a Production Equipment Operator in a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility.

- Strong knowledge of non-sterile manufacturing and packaging processes.

- Ability to work effectively in a quick-paced environment and meet deadlines.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

- Familiarity with GMP regulations and quality control procedures.
