Planning &

- Execution

- Execute daily production plans as per the production schedule and customer requirements.

- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.

- Monitor production activities and ensure optimum utilization of machines, materials, and manpower.

- Minimize production downtime, rejection, wastage, and rework.

B. Shop-Floor Management

- Supervise daily shop-floor activities and ensure smooth workflow.

- Allocate manpower according to production requirements and operator skills.

- Monitor attendance, discipline, productivity, and workforce performance.

- Ensure proper shift handover and maintain production continuity.

C.

Quality

Control

- Ensure production as per approved drawings, specifications, and work instructions.

- Coordinate with the Quality Department for first-piece inspection, in-process inspection, and final inspection.

- Identify defects, investigate root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.

- Maintain quality standards and reduce rejection and customer complaints.

D. Process &

- Machine Monitoring

- Monitor machine performance and ensure proper machine settings and operating parameters.





- Coordinate with the Maintenance Department to minimize breakdowns.

- Ensure adherence to SOPs, work instructions, and process control standards.

- Support process improvement and productivity enhancement initiatives.

E. Documentation &

- Reporting

- Maintain daily production reports, rejection reports, downtime records, and shift-wise production data.

- Ensure proper recording of material consumption and production output.

- Monitor production KPIs and report deviations to the reporting manager.

- Maintain traceability and production-related documentation.

F. Safety &

- Compliance

- Ensure compliance with workplace safety rules and the use of appropriate PPE.

- Maintain 5S, housekeeping, and protected working conditions.

- Report unsafe conditions, near misses, and workplace incidents.

- Participate in safety training, internal audits, and continuous improvement activities.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
