Role Description The Production Assistant Manager for the cosmetic industry will oversee day-to-day production activities to ensure timely, efficient, and quality-focused manufacturing of personal care products. This full-time, on-site role based in Noida includes planning and scheduling production batches, coordinating with R&D;, quality, and maintenance teams, and monitoring adherence to safety and regulatory standards. The role involves supervising production staff, optimizing use of machinery and raw materials, tracking productivity,



and resolving operational issues to meet delivery timelines.

The Production Assistant

Manager will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, maintain documentation and reports, and support implementation of standard operating procedures and best practices across the production floor.

Qualifications

- Strong production management and planning skills, including experience in batch scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow optimization.
- Knowledge of cosmetic or personal care manufacturing processes, raw materials, and basic formulation principles.
- Experience with quality control and assurance practices, including adherence to GMP, safety, and regulatory compliance standards.
- Team leadership abilities, with skills in supervising operators, training staff, and promoting a safe, disciplined work environment.
- Proficiency in using production-related software or ERP systems and maintaining accurate documentation and reporting.
- Relevant academic background, such as a degree or diploma in Cosmetics Technology, Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing workplace.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with R&D;, quality, maintenance, and supply chain teams.
- Prior experience in cosmetic, FMCG, or pharmaceutical production will be considered an advantage.
