We are looking for a highly organized and proactive production assistant to manage the day-to-day production operations for shoots and projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating crews, managing logistics, ensuring smooth shoot execution, and maintaining production schedules and budgets.

Key Responsibilities

A. Production coordination:

1. Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily production activities for shoots and projects.
2. Arrange and manage crew travel, accommodation, and logistics, ensuring all arrangements are confirmed in advance.
3. Send timely reminders and updates to crew members regarding call times, travel schedules, and shoot requirements.
4. Assist with shoot equipment planning, rentals, and on-ground arrangements.
5. Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and production partners to ensure smooth execution of shoots and events.
6. Maintain and update production schedules, budgets, and crew lists using Google Sheets.
7. Support the production team with event production and shoot management tasks.
8. Track expenses and ensure production activities stay within the allocated budget.

Troubleshoot production challenges and ensure shoots run smoothly in quick-paced environments.
10. Ensure all production logistics and documentation are organized and up to date.

B. Warehouse and equipment management:
1. Oversee warehouse maintenance and ensure all production equipment is properly stored, organized, and maintained.
2. Maintain accurate records and inventory of all production equipment, ensuring proper check-in and check-out tracking.
3. Keep equipment lists, availability status, and usage records updated in Google Sheets or inventory trackers.
4. Coordinate equipment readiness for shoots, including packing, dispatch, and returns.

Pay: ₹8,300.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
