Production & Site Installation Supervisor* Department: Production & Execution Job Summary We require an experienced Production & Site Installation Supervisor to manage daily factory activities, coordinate workers, check job quality, and supervise in office installation of signage and branding projects.

Key Responsibilities - Supervise daily production activities and allocate work to production staff.

- Coordinate printing, lamination, pasting, framing, fabrication, and finishing work.
- Supervise production of LED signboards, channel letters, wayfinding signage, wall graphics, wallpaper, painting frames, and exhibition displays.
- Check measurements, materials, workmanship, and finishing quality.
- Coordinate with designers, machine operators, fabricators, vendors, and installation teams.
- Ensure materials, tools, manpower, and transportation are arranged before installation.
- Visit client sites, verify measurements,



and supervise installation as per approved designs.
- Track daily progress and report delays or technical issues to management.
- Ensure workplace safety, proper material handling, and timely completion of jobs.

Required Skills - Practical knowledge of advertising signage, printing, fabrication, and installation.

- Ability to read drawings, dimensions, and production instructions.
- Team handling, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Willingness to travel to client sites when required.
- Ability to coordinate multiple jobs simultaneously.

Experience: 2–5 years preferred in signage, advertising production, fabrication, or related work.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
