Role & responsibilities

- Lead and drive Cyber Security programs from planning through execution.

- Manage program governance, RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), and delivery tracking.

- Oversee budget planning, resource allocation, and capacity management.

- Collaborate with business, security, and technology stakeholders to ensure successful program delivery.

- Prepare program status reports, dashboards, and executive updates for leadership teams.

Preferred candidate profile

- 4+ years of Program Management experience within Cyber Security or Information Security domains.

- Solid experience in Risk Management, Governance, and RAID log management.

- Hands-on experience in Budget Planning, Resource Management, and Capacity Planning.

- Proven track record of managing cross-functional stakeholders and executive reporting.

- Experience in Agile/Waterfall delivery methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
