Roles and Responsibilities

- Define product backlog items, prioritize them based on business value, time to market, and complexity.

- Ensure alignment between product backlog and release plan through effective communication with stakeholders.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Technology, Operations, Compliance) to deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs.

- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers to understand their requirements and provide solutions that drive business growth.

- Identify opportunities for innovation within the banking sector by staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 10-16 years of experience in a similar role as a Product Owner or equivalent position in an Agile environment.

- Strong understanding of software development life cycles, including design patterns, architecture, testing methodologies, and deployment strategies.

- Experience working in a rapid-paced environment where change is constant; ability to adapt quickly to new situations.
