About the Role:

You will build the internal apps that run the processes of CloudKeeper's Enabling Functions, such as People, Admin and IT, using AI-assisted development ("vibe coding").

This is a hands-on builder role, not a documentation role. You will sit with the Enabling teams, understand how a process works today, and turn it into a working application yourself.

You combine two things: the requirement-gathering discipline of a Business Analyst or Product Owner in the People domain, and the technical grounding to build, test and ship with AI coding tools.

Responsibilities:

- Gather requirements from different stakeholders across Enabling Functions - Talent Acquisition, Business Partnering, Operations, Talent Management, Admin and IT.
- Act as a consultant to stakeholders: ask questions and suggest creative solutions to their needs and pain points.
- Map current processes, find the manual steps and pain points, and decide what is worth building.
- Convert requirements into functional specifications and technical requirements.
- Design and build internal apps end to end using AI coding tools such as Claude and Claude Code.
- Build workflows, forms, dashboards, approvals and automations for the practices of each Enabling Function.
- Integrate apps with existing systems and data sources where needed. Test your own work, fix defects, and iterate quickly on user feedback. Run user acceptance testing and train users.
- Maintain and improve live apps, and keep a prioritised backlog.
- Handle employee data responsibly: access controls, privacy and confidentiality built in from the start.




- Document each app so that others can use, support and extend it.
- Take ownership of each product end to end and give relevant stakeholders feedback for improvement. Identify ways to increase adoption and user satisfaction.

Must-Have:

- B.Tech in Computer Science, BCA, or B.Sc. in Computer Science.
- MBA in HR.
- 5+ years of total work experience. 2-3 years of web application development experience after graduation. Currently working as a Business Analyst or Product Owner for HR-specific modules and applications.
- Strong programming fundamentals, enough to read, review and debug AI-generated code. Comfort with data: databases, APIs and basic integrations.
- A knack for converting high-level, sometimes unclear business requirements into functional specifications and technical requirements, and prioritising them.
- Ownership: you take a problem from the first conversation to a working app in users' hands.

Good-to-Have:

- Applications you have already vibe-coded on Claude, and can demo or walk us through.
- Experience with other AI coding tools or low-code platforms.
- Exposure to an HRMS or ATS as an implementer, administrator or product owner.
- Experience with HR reporting, analytics or dashboards.

What Success Looks Like:

- Enabling Functions teams use apps you built in their daily work.
- Working applications replace manual, spreadsheet-driven and email-driven processes.
- Stakeholders get from a stated need to a usable app in weeks, not quarters.
- Every live app is documented, secure and supportable by someone other than you.
