### Role Overview We are looking for a technically strong and market-oriented Product Manager –
- Electromechanical / Mechatronics to manage and grow the electromechanical product portfolio. The role involves product strategy, market analysis, portfolio optimization, customer engagement, and go-to-market planning within the industrial automation domain.

### Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete product lifecycle for geared motors, gearboxes, industrial motors, and mechanical power transmission solutions.
- Identify market trends, portfolio gaps, and new business opportunities.
- Conduct competitive benchmarking, market intelligence, and cost-performance analysis.
- Gather customer insights and Voice of Customer (VoC) feedback from OEMs, machine builders, and industrial customers.
- Develop product strategies, business cases, and portfolio growth plans.
- Drive product launches, market adoption, and go-to-market initiatives.
- Collaborate with global product management, sales, marketing, operations, and application engineering teams.
- Support product localization, standardization, and migration from legacy products to next-generation solutions.
- Drive portfolio profitability, competitiveness, and customer satisfaction.

### Must-Have Skills &

- Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, E&TC;, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or a related engineering/automation discipline.
- 8–10 years of relevant experience in electromechanical products, geared motors, gearboxes, mechanical power transmission, product management,



application engineering, technical sales, or industrial automation.
- Strong understanding of industrial machinery, motion applications, and mechanical drive systems.
- Experience working with OEMs, machine builders, and industrial manufacturing customers.
- Good knowledge of product lifecycle management, portfolio strategy, market intelligence, and competitive analysis.
- Strong commercial acumen, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Exposure to both sales and application engineering is highly desirable.
- Prior product management experience will be an added advantage.
