- Own the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and ongoing enhancement.

- Develop product roadmaps aligned to customer needs, market opportunities, and business objectives.

- Conduct competitive benchmarking and identify opportunities for differentiation.

- Define product features, pricing, benefits, eligibility, and customer value propositions.

Business

Growth &

- Portfolio Management

- Drive customer acquisition, balances, revenue, and profitability targets.

- Monitor portfolio health across acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and profitability metrics.

- Identify growth opportunities through partnerships, current features, and customer programs.

- Build and execute initiatives to improve product penetration and customer deepening.

Customer

Experience &

- Journey Ownership

- Map and optimize end-to-end customer journeys.

- Improve onboarding, activation, servicing, and engagement experiences.

- Monitor NPS, complaints, service quality, and digital adoption metrics.

- Drive customer-centric enhancements to improve satisfaction and retention.

4. Digital &

- Analytics

- Leverage customer, behavioural,



and portfolio analytics to drive product decisions.

- Define business requirements for digital journeys across mobile, internet banking, and assisted channels.

- Track funnel conversion, drop-offs, and campaign effectiveness.

- Drive data-led experimentation and optimization initiatives.

5. Project &

- Stakeholder Management

- Lead cross-functional execution involving Technology, Operations, Compliance, Legal, Risk, Marketing, Analytics, and Sales teams.

- Manage product launches, enhancements, regulatory changes, and strategic projects.

- Ensure timely delivery of initiatives within agreed timelines and budgets.

6. Risk, Compliance &

- Governance

- Ensure adherence to RBI guidelines, internal policies, and regulatory requirements.

- Manage audits, compliance observations, customer grievances, and control frameworks.

- Identify and mitigate operational, regulatory, and reputational risks.

7.

Performance

Monitoring

- Own key business and operational dashboards.

- Present performance updates and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

- Drive corrective actions to achieve business objectives.

Preferred candidate profile

- 6 to 10 years of banking, fintech, payments, liabilities, lending, cards, wealth, or digital product management experience.

- Proven experience in product launches, portfolio management, business growth, or customer experience initiatives.

- Experience working with technology and analytics teams.
