About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Product Manager who can drive product planning, execution, and coordination across teams. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, business acumen, technical understanding, and experience in managing product documentation and Agile product delivery processes. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, development teams, and leadership to define and deliver innovative product solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and manage PRD (Product Requirement Documents), SRS (Software Requirement Specifications), BRD, and other product documentation.

- Gather, analyze, and prioritize business and technical requirements from stakeholders.

- Conduct market analysis, competitor analysis, and product feasibility studies.

- Coordinate with Development, QA, Design, and Business teams for successful product delivery.

- Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications and user stories.

- Work closely with development teams throughout the SDLC lifecycle.

- Manage Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews, and retrospectives.

- Utilize Jira for project tracking, sprint management, and requirement management.

- Collaborate with UI/UX teams and review wireframes, workflows, and prototypes using Figma.

- Monitor project timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.

- Prepare reports, dashboards, MIS,



and presentations using Excel and other reporting tools.

- Support recruitment analysis, resource planning, and team coordination activities.

- Ensure timely delivery of product features aligned with business goals and customer needs.

Required Skills & Experience

- Strong knowledge of PRD, SRS, BRD, and product documentation practices.

- Hands-on experience with SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Working knowledge of Jira and Agile project management tools.

- Strong understanding of technology concepts, software development processes, APIs, and system integrations.

- Experience in requirement gathering, stakeholder management, and market research.

- Proficiency in Figma for reviewing product flows, wireframes, and design concepts.

- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, reporting, and data analysis.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

- Qualified and presentable personality with strong stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- MBA in Management or related field from a recognized institution.

- Experience working in a product-based, SaaS, logistics, fintech, or technology-driven organization.

- Exposure to Product Lifecycle Management and Product Strategy frameworks.

- Ability to manage cross-functional teams and business stakeholders effectively.

Education

MBA in Management or equivalent qualification from a recognized university.
