Role Overview :

Define and drive the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for Ema's enterprise AI capabilities. You will work at the intersection of AI capabilities, enterprise integrations, and user experience, translating complex workflow needs into explicit product specifications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Strategy & Roadmap : Define and communicate product strategy based on market trends, customer needs, and business objectives.
- Discovery &

Requirements : Translate customer use cases and persona needs into technical product requirements and user stories.

- Cross-Functional Ownership : Collaborate closely with engineering, ML, UX, sales, and customer success teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Data-Driven Iteration :



Define success KPIs, analyze post-launch feature performance, and iterate using data insights.

Requirements :

- Experience : 5 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise platforms, or AI/ML product software.
- Technical Aptitude : Strong comfort working alongside technical engineering teams, understanding APIs, integrations, and agile development processes.
- Education : Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, or related field; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
