Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager RF Communication Systems to lead the strategy, development, commercialization, and lifecycle management of RF-based communication products and solutions.

The ideal candidate should have a strong technical understanding of RF/wireless communication systems, combined with product management, business development, and customer-facing experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and execute product strategy, roadmap, and go-to-market plans.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify new product opportunities.
- Manage the complete product lifecycle from concept to launch and continuous improvement.
- Work closely with R&D;, engineering, vendors, sales, and business development teams.
- Translate customer requirements into technical and functional product specifications.
- Support product testing, field trials, certifications, compliance, and deployment.
- Participate in discussions related to RF architecture, frequency bands, antennas, modulation, communication protocols, EMI/EMC, and interoperability.
- Support sales and presales teams with product presentations, demonstrations, proposals, and customer meetings.
- Develop pricing/business cases and monitor product revenue, margins, and market performance.
- Engage with customers, OEMs, system integrators,



and channel partners.
- Drive product enhancements based on customer feedback and market trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech in Electronics & Communication / Telecommunication / Electrical / Instrumentation or related field.
- 58 years of relevant experience in RF, wireless communication, telecom, or electronic products.
- Strong understanding of RF modules, transceivers, antennas, repeaters, gateways, and embedded systems.
- Knowledge of VHF/UHF, LTE, LoRa, Zigbee, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Microwave, or similar technologies.
- Understanding of RF testing, communication protocols, spectrum regulations, and compliance.
- Robust communication, analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively across technical, commercial, and business functions.
- MBA in Marketing / Operations / Strategy / Technology Management will be an added advantage.
