Role & responsibilities

- Assist with product-related activities and software testing
- Identify, document, and report bugs or functional issues
- Coordinate with development teams on product improvements
- Support product enhancements and quality checks
- Assist with requirement documentation and product feedback

Preferred candidate profile

- Basic understanding of Product Management and the product development lifecycle
- Familiarity with BRD, FRD, requirement gathering, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Basic knowledge of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and software testing
- Understanding of test cases, bug reporting, and product documentation
- Solid analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail
- Good communication, teamwork, and willingness to learn
