Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Product Enablement Trainer to train customers and users on our software products and solutions in the petroleum retail industry. The candidate will be responsible for explaining product features, conducting training sessions, supporting users during onboarding, and ensuring they understand how to use the software effectively.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct product training sessions for customers, users, and relevant stakeholders.
- Explain software features, functionalities, and workflows in a simple and practical manner.
- Provide product demonstrations and guide users through real-time scenarios.
- Understand customer requirements and customize training delivery accordingly.
- Support customer onboarding and ensure users are comfortable with the product.
- Prepare training materials, presentations, user guides, and product documentation.
- Conduct online and in office training sessions as required.
- Address user queries and coordinate with technical support teams to resolve product-related issues.
- Collect feedback from participants and identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain training attendance, session records, feedback, and progress reports.
- Stay updated on product enhancements, new features, and process changes.
- Travel to customer locations for training when required.

Required Skills




- Good communication and presentation skills in Tamil.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in simple language.
- Confidence in conducting training sessions and product demonstrations.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office or presentation tools.
- Willingness to learn software products and understand petroleum retail operations.
- Good problem-solving, coordination, and time-management skills.
- Ability to engage learners and handle questions patiently.

Eligibility Criteria
- Any degree or equivalent qualification.
- Freshers with good communication skills and an interest in training are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in product training, software support, teaching, or customer service is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Candidates should be willing to travel for customer training, if required.
