Who you are: A passionate individual who is excited about creating creative packaging solutions to streamline the packaging and assembly of our bicycles

Role & Responsibilities:

- Study existing packaging and assembly methods and identify pain points
- Study packaging standards and evaluate existing packaging against standards
- Suggest and design more streamlined methods for assembly and keep improving them
- Study environmental and cost impacts of packaging
- Propose cost-effective, efficient, and more sustainable packaging solutions
- Propose innovative packaging solutions for bicycles and accessories for a better user experience




- Design bicycle components from the perspective of ease of assembly and high functionality for users; Incorporate D-I-Y assembly strategies, especially for kids bikes
- Work on assembly-related content for instruction manuals for bicycles and accessories

Job Qualifications:
- Industrial product design/Packaging design (M.Des or equivalent degree)
- Mechanical engineering/Production engineering (B.E. /B.Tech) - Preferred
- Experience: 0-2 years
- Should be able to share a portfolio of his/her projects
