We are looking for an experienced Senior Procurement Executive to manage end-to-end procurement activities for construction projects, ensuring timely availability of quality materials at competitive costs.

Responsibilities

- Manage procurement of construction materials, equipment, and services as per project requirements.

- Source and evaluate reliable vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors.

- Obtain quotations, negotiate prices, and finalize commercial terms.

- Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure timely deliveries.

- Monitor material quality, quantity, delivery schedules, and documentation.

- Coordinate with Project, Stores, Planning, and Accounts teams for smooth procurement operations.

- Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality and project timelines.

- Maintain vendor records, purchase reports, and procurement documentation.
