Strategic Sourcing Raw Materials (Chemicals)

Qualification: Any Full-Time Graduate

Role & Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end strategic sourcing and procurement of chemical raw materials.
- Identify, evaluate, and develop supplier relationships in domestic and international markets.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms to achieve cost savings.
- Manage purchase orders, logistics coordination, procurement documentation, and timely material delivery.
- Monitor supplier performance, material quality, delivery schedules, and compliance requirements.
- Track chemical market trends and identify new sourcing opportunities.
- Coordinate with R&D;, Operations, Finance, and leadership teams to support business objectives.
- Resolve supply-chain disruptions and continuously improve sourcing processes.





Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in raw-material sourcing, procurement, or strategic sourcing.
- Experience in chemical raw materials, speciality chemicals, agrochemicals, pharmaceutical ingredients, or related industries preferred.
- Strong knowledge of supplier development, vendor management, price negotiation, and cost optimisation.
- Experience in global sourcing, international suppliers, or import procurement will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Consulting experience is preferred.
- Must hold a full time graduation degree.
