Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized Procurement Executive to manage the sourcing and purchasing of materials, furniture, fixtures, and other requirements for interior design projects. The candidate will coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely procurement, cost efficiency, and quality compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Source vendors and suppliers for interior materials, furniture, fixtures, fittings, and project requirements.
- Obtain and compare quotations to ensure competitive pricing and cost optimization.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and other commercial terms with vendors.
- Process purchase orders and maintain accurate procurement documentation.
- Coordinate with design, project management, and site execution teams to understand material requirements.
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery of materials to project sites.
- Monitor material quality and resolve discrepancies, delays, or vendor-related issues.
- Maintain vendor databases,



purchase records, and procurement trackers.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline; a qualification in Supply Chain, Procurement, or Interior Design is preferred.
- 1–2 years of experience in procurement, preferably in interior design, construction, furniture, or home interiors.
- Knowledge of interior materials, finishes, hardware, and furniture is an advantage.
- Positive negotiation, vendor management, and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic documentation.
- Strong follow-up skills, attention to detail, and ability to work within timelines.
