Process Trainer | Prior Authorization (Hospital Billing Inpatient Services)

Location: Mumbai Department: US Healthcare RCM Experience: 8 - 12 Years (Relevant Prior Auth Hospital Training Experience Preferred)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Process Trainer with strong knowledge of Prior Authorization – Hospital Billing (Inpatient Services) to deliver process training, improve employee performance, and ensure adherence to client and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver process training for Prior Authorization – Inpatient Hospital Billing.

- Train employees on authorization workflows, payer guidelines, medical necessity, and inpatient admission requirements.

- Develop training materials, SOPs, presentations, and process documentation.

- Conduct recent-hire training, refresher sessions, and knowledge assessments.





- Monitor trainee performance and provide feedback to improve productivity and quality.

- Conduct training needs analysis and coordinate with Operations and Quality teams.

- Track training effectiveness, certification results, and post-training performance.

Required Skills :

- Strong knowledge of US Healthcare RCM and Hospital Billing.

- Hands-on experience in Inpatient Prior Authorization processes.

- Understanding of payer requirements, authorization status, medical necessity, and admission-related workflows.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and coaching skills.

- Experience in training delivery, assessments, and performance reporting.
