- Responsibilities

- Training Delivery: Conduct classroom training, on-the-job training (OJT), and virtual sessions for sales and process teams.

- Training Needs Analysis (TNA / TNI): Identify skill gaps through call monitoring, sales data review, and performance audits.

- Product &
- Process Knowledge:

Train recent hires and existing staff on company products, sales pitch, CRM tools, compliance, and process workflows.

- Coaching &

- Mentoring:

Provide side-by-side coaching, feedback, and refresher modules to improve conversion rates and target achievement.

- Metrics Tracking: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as throughput, floor transition rates, shrinkage, and sales output.

Common Eligibility &

- Requirements

- Experience Range: 1 to 7+ years of relevant experience in BPO, EdTech, insurance, or corporate sales training.

- Key Skills: TNA, TNI, OJT, Train-The-Trainer (TTT), product training, objection handling, communication skills, and MS Office (PowerPoint/Excel).
