Position Overview:

- Responsible for the optimization of the manufacturing processes for the production of solar cells and modules
- This role involves managing the entire production cycle, from wafer preparation and cell manufacturing (Front End) to module assembly and testing (Back End)
- The Process Manager will work closely with cross functional teams to ensure efficient, high-quality production, adherence to safety standards, and continuous process improvements




- Promote and enforce a secure working environment in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements and ensure that all processes comply with environmental and safety regulations
- Maintain accurate documentation of processes, procedures, and equipment

Key Skills:

Process Optimization, Renewable Energy Integration, Operational Efficiency, Energy Efficiency Initiatives, Regulatory Compliance (Solar Industry), Quality Assurance, Cost Control and Budgeting.
