Job Title : Process Safety Lead

Location: Vadodara, Gujarat

Experience: 12+ Years

We are looking for an experienced Process Safety qualified with strong hands-on expertise in process safety engineering, design, and risk assessment for Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Refinery, or Chemical projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute and review process safety engineering deliverables for Conceptual, FEED, and EPC projects.
- Perform PSV sizing, relief scenario evaluations, flare network sizing, and vent dispersion analysis.
- Prepare and review hazardous-area classification drawings, safety design basis, P&IDs;, and Fire & Gas system layouts.
- Lead and participate in HAZOP, HAZID, SIL, LOPA, QRA, and other process safety studies.
- Apply relevant engineering codes and standards, including API, ASME, NFPA, IEC, NORSOK, and DNV.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering teams, clients,



and vendors while ensuring technical quality and compliance.

What We're Looking For:

- Strong hands-on experience in Process Safety Engineering and design deliverables.
- Practical knowledge of process safety calculations and risk assessment methodologies.
- Experience with relevant engineering tools such as Aspen HYSYS and FlareNet.
- Background in Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, Refining, or Chemical industries.
- Experience in major capital projects and technical design reviews.
