EIEL is looking for a Process Engineer for Its Head Office, Delhi

Roles Responsibilities

- Knowledge of water and wastewater treatment schemes, unit processes involved, function operation of the unit process.

Preparation of Basic Engineering Package (BEP) documents like process description, mass balance.
- Equipment list, Equipment Sizing Calculation (Process units, tanks, vessels), Utility calculations, Sludge generation calculation, Hydraulic calculation for rising mains Pumps, Hydraulic calculation of gravity mains.

Process datasheet of equipment, pumps, agitators, instruments, blowers, valve schedule, pipe schedule. Design of biological systems like sequential batch reactors, membrane bioreactors etc

Preparation of General Arrangement Drawings for process units, tanks, vessels,



buildings etc

- Preparation of Layout for the entire plant according to existing (Retrofit work) or recent plot plan build-up.
- Responsible for conducting client/consultant meetings to get approval on all the Basic Design and Engineering documents.

Preparation of detailed control philosophy and operation maintenance manual. Coordination with Customers, Consultants and Vendors. Review of Vendor documents drawings.

Technical Bid Evaluation of various bought-out items.

Preparation of As-Built documents. - Skill to read the tender in detail and prepare pre-bid queries from a technical and commercial point of view. Coordination between Design, Planning, Procurement and execution.

Educational Qualifications

M.Tech/B.Tech (Environmental Science)

Must have 3-8 years of experience in waste water industry.
