Roles Responsibilities:

- Analyzing and understanding of medical reports with compilation in to a document to create a medical review.
- Reviewing medical records and producing an accurate summary of the patients medical history.
- To draft a case in a chronological order that includes patients history, disease process, assessment and intervention.
- The job involves summarization of medical reports to prepare a draft against insurance companies for reimbursement of claims.
