We are looking for a skilled 3D Printing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with 3D printing technology, including operating 3D printers, preparing models for printing, maintaining 3D equipment, and ensuring high-quality output. CAD Designs. You will collaborate with design and engineering teams to bring concepts to life through innovative printing methods and materials. Responsibilities:

- Operate and maintain various types of 3D printers, including FDM, SLA, SLS, and other technologies.

- Prepare CAD designs and optimize 3D models for printing by troubleshooting and adjusting design files.

- Select appropriate materials for different projects, ensuring they meet specifications for durability, flexibility, and aesthetic needs.

- Monitor the 3D printing process to ensure print quality and prevent issues such as warping, misprints, or jams.

- Perform regular maintenance on 3D printers, ensuring they remain in good working condition.

- Assist in the development and testing of prototypes and models for engineering,



product development, or customer orders.

- Collaborate with the design, engineering, and R&D; teams to troubleshoot and solve problems during the design and printing process.

- Ensure all safety protocols are followed when operating equipment and handling materials.

- Maintain an organized and clean workspace.

- Provide recommendations on improving printing processes, efficiency, and quality control.

- Manage and track inventory of materials, including filaments, resins, and replacement parts.

Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelors degree in Engineering, Industrial Design, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

- Experience: 1+ years of experience working with 3D printing technologies in a qualified environment.

- Strong familiarity with 3D CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Blender, Fusion 360).

- Solid understanding of various 3D printing technologies (FDM, SLA, SLS, etc.) and materials (PLA, ABS, resin, etc.).

- Experience with post-processing techniques, including sanding, cleaning, painting, and assembling printed parts.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
