Responsible for control over operations and maintenance of Clients Cement plant; Prepare strategy and implement solutions for turnaround of Clients Business.

KRA

1. Partnering with Clients team for achieving desired plant productivity at optimized manufacturing cost, all while maintaining agreed product quality parameters.
2. Deep-dive study of existing operating parameters of the plant and suggest innovative ideas for business turnaround, with the help of scientific tools and prior experience.
3. Develop short-term and long-term roadmap for Operational Excellence (including Capex and Opex requirement).
4. Implement solutions/ small Capex projects to improve plant performance.
5.



Develop people and process capabilities for sustenance of plant performance.

Education - B.E/B. Tech (essential), M.E/M. Tech (preferred) Engagement type Full time/Project based

Location - Primarily based out of Mumbai, but need to travel and stay extensively at Client locations (anywhere in India)

Desired Skills - Interested candidates should be directly involved in Operations & Maintenance of Cement plants (in Maintenance or Technical Cell departments) during their current/previous assignments. Candidates must display innovation and experimentation in their ideas (they are required to substantiate results achieved in their current/previous assignments during the interview process). Additionally, candidates should possess valuable analytical, problem solving, writing and communication skills.
