Job Title: Principal Architect – Design Department

Experience: 15+ Years

Industry: Real Estate / Construction (Residential – High-Rise)

Bengaluru-based candidates will be preferred.

- Lead and manage the architectural design team for multiple residential high-rise projects
- Ensure designs meet project requirements, budgets, timelines, and quality standards
- Mentor and develop the design team for high performance and innovation
- Ensure compliance with building codes and statutory regulations

- Strong expertise in residential high-rise architecture




- Excellent leadership and team-handling skills
- In-depth knowledge of building codes, approvals, and regulations
- Robust coordination, communication, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in architectural design tools and software

Education & Experience:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch. / M.Arch)
- Minimum 15+ years of relevant experience in real estate/construction
- Proven track record of handling large-scale residential projects
