Press Design Engineer - Mechanical Experience : 5-10 Years

Location : Yamunanagar, Haryana

Education : B.Tech (Mechanical Engineering)

Key Responsibilities

- Demonstrate robust teamwork skills.
- Independently design state-of-the-art mechanical presses.
- Perform hand calculations, Excel-based calculations, and programming calculations related to the strength of materials and machine design.
- Select purchased components based on technical specifications and product catalogs.




- Interact with the project department for any required clarifications and with customers during the drawing approval stage.
- Participate in troubleshooting, failure analysis, and ensuring design robustness.

Qualification & Skills
- Extensive experience in machine design and strength of materials, including the design of shafts, flywheels, bearings, gears, and structures.
- Excellent knowledge of Excel.
- Hands-on experience with AutoCAD and SolidWorks, with the ability to create preliminary layouts.
- Knowledge in Fabrication Drawing, Machining Drawing, and Heat Treatments is an advantage.
- Proficient in Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T;).
