Presales Executive – Real Estate

Company: Tallman Ventures Pvt. Ltd. (hiring for a reputed real estate developer)

Location: Andheri East, Mumbai

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Experience: 2–5 years (Real estate presales preferred)

About the Role

We are hiring a Presales Executive for a well-established real estate developer in Mumbai. You will handle leads, qualify prospects and set up site visits, working closely with the Sales team.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls and do timely lead follow-ups
- Qualify leads and coordinate site visits with the Sales team
- Keep accurate lead and MIS records
- Follow up with leads regularly to improve conversions

Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in presales or a similar customer-facing role
- Excellent English communication skills
- Solid telephonic and interpersonal skills
- Real estate experience preferred
- Able to work from Andheri East

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
