ABOUT THE ROLE

Generate and qualify leads, talk to prospective customers, schedule site visits and support the sales team in achieving targets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
- Explain project details, pricing, offers and location advantages
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
- Schedule site visits and follow up with prospects
- Maintain customer records, daily call reports and follow-up trackers in CRM and Excel
- Coordinate with Sales Managers and Site Heads
- Resolve customer queries and build relationships to maximize conversions

REQUIRED SKILLS
- Graduate in any discipline, 1–3 years' experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of CRM, MS Excel and MS Office
- Strong follow-up and persuasion skills
- Target-oriented with valuable time management

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
