- Share details about the projects for online enquiry and convert them to Site Visit.
- Following up with the clientsuntil the leads get closed.
- Responsible to identifying opportunities and providing information telephonically to prospects.
- Communicates Effectively, Oral As Well As Written and ability to recognize tone and mood of customer through written and voice communication.
- Ability To Comprehend & Respond To All Customer Queries (Through Chat) With Immediate Resolution (Real Time) To Ensure Customer Satisfaction.
- Ablilty to lead the conversation with customers and proactively suggest resolutions to queries.
- Willing to work in target oriented performance driven workplace and learn & grow with the Team/Organization.
