Roles &
Responsibilities :
- Handle customer inquiries, understand their requirements, and provide suitable project or product information.
- Generate leads, follow up with prospective customers, and schedule site visits or client meetings.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to support lead conversion and achieve sales targets.
