Key Responsibilities:

Academic Leadership:

- Develop and implement a child-centric curriculum in line with the school s vision.
- Supervise lesson plans, teaching methodologies, and learning materials to ensure age-appropriate and engaging instruction.
- Conduct regular classroom observations and provide constructive feedback to teachers.
- Organize teacher training workshops to enhance pedagogical skills.

Administrative Management:

- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the pre-primary section.
- Maintain student records, attendance, and progress reports.
- Coordinate with parents through meetings, circulars, and events to foster strong parent-school collaboration.
- Manage resources, including teaching aids, play materials, and classroom setups.

Student Development & Well-being:

- Monitor the holistic development (cognitive, social, emotional, physical) of each child.




- Implement child safety protocols and ensure a hygienic, inclusive environment.
- Address behavioral or learning challenges in collaboration with teachers and parents.

Event Coordination:

- Plan and execute pre-primary events, annual days, field trips, and other activities.
- Encourage participation in school-wide programs while maintaining age-appropriate engagement.

Compliance & Quality Assurance:

- Ensure adherence to school policies and early childhood education best practices.
- Stay updated on regulatory requirements (if any) and implement necessary changes.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor s/Master s degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of teaching experience in pre-primary, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of child psychology and developmental milestones.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using technology for teaching and administrative purposes.
