We’re looking for a Senior Lead Generation Specialist to take ownership of strategy, execution, and performance across platforms like Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and programmatic networks.

This is a senior-level opportunity offering strategic autonomy, leadership, and growth while working on high-impact healthcare campaigns.

What You’ll Do

- Lead multi-platform paid ad campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, Programmatic).
- Build advanced media strategies, funnels, and targeting for high-quality lead generation.
- Oversee creative production, CRO, landing pages, and messaging.
- Manage budget allocation, reporting, and executive insights.
- Ensure 100% HIPAA/FTC compliance and platform guideline adherence.
- Mentor campaign managers and collaborate with sales/CRM teams.
- Stay ahead of healthcare marketing trends, automation, and AI-driven strategies.

What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years in lead generation using paid media channels.
- Robust experience with analytics tools (GA4,



Looker, Data Studio), CRM & automation platforms.
- Proven ability in multi-channel scaling, large budget management, and funnel strategy.
- Expertise in regulated industries (preferably U.S. healthcare).
- Excellent collaboration, reporting, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Comfortable working with U.S. healthcare audiences.

Preferred Skills: Platform certifications (Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, LinkedIn), CRO tools (Optimizely, VWO, Unbounce, Instapage), attribution modeling, and deep knowledge of HIPAA/FTC guidelines.
