Job Overview

Godspeed Immigration & Study Abroad Experts is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Case Head to oversee PR documentation, client profile assessments, and application processing for Australia and Canada immigration cases.

Key Responsibilities

- Review and assess client profiles for Australia and Canada PR pathways.
- Verify educational, employment, financial, and identity documents.
- Ensure documentation accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Identify documentation gaps and coordinate with consultants and clients to resolve them.
- Supervise case documentation and application processing.
- Track pending documents, case progress, and submission deadlines.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure client data confidentiality.
- Support the team in following applicable immigration procedures and documentation requirements.




- Monitor team productivity and ensure timely case completion, where applicable.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–7 years of relevant experience in Australia or Canada immigration documentation.
- Practical knowledge of PR documentation and application procedures.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and verification skills.
- Good communication and team coordination abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office and documentation management systems.

Preferred Candidate Profile Candidates with hands-on experience in Australia or Canada PR documentation, client profile assessment, case processing, and team coordination will be preferred.
