- Experience in powertrain components, Systems & Sub Systems (Transmission or Driveline or Engine)
- Familiar with the VSA concepts and key factors to apply and determine the 3D variations of the components subjected to clearance and Assembly studies
- solid hands-on Experience in VSA (Variation Simulation Analysis) Studies for Powertrain System and sub systems using TCe, CATIA, Vismockup, 3DX and 3DCS tools
- Good working knowledge on 2D Tolerance Stack up Analysis & GDT
- Proven ability in Component and Assembly drawing reading
- Proficient in Microsoft office tools.
- Perform VSA analysis/ assembly feasibility study based on engineering requirements for Driveshaft Seal Design Rules, Engine, transmission & Electric drive interface using CATIA, TCe, Vismockup, 3DX and 3DCS
- Work closely with Engineers to understand the requirements and support as needed with the VSA Studies throughout the entire Product life cycle
