Your Future Employer Our client is looking for an experienced data engineering professional who can translate business requirements into scalable data solutions, optimize data pipelines, and contribute to data architecture and technology strategy.

Responsibilities

- Understand business requirements and translate them into effective data models and scalable data solutions.
- Reverse-engineer physical data models from databases and SQL scripts.
- Design, develop, and optimize data pipelines using Python, SQL, Snowflake, and ETL processes.
- Support data architecture decisions, including data movement strategies, technology selection, and system integration solutions.
- Ensure data solutions meet performance standards while collaborating with stakeholders and providing technical support.

Requirements

- 8+ years of experience in data engineering, with strong hands-on expertise in Python and advanced SQL, including joins, subqueries, CTEs, and aggregations.
- Strong experience with Snowflake, ETL processes, CI/CD,



and data pipeline development.
- Good knowledge of AWS services, particularly S3 and Glue, with exposure to Athena and EMR/Spark.
- Strong understanding of data modeling concepts, including Star Schema and Snowflake Schema, and experience with data architecture.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field. Big Data technologies and insurance domain experience are advantageous.
